But He answering, said, “It has been written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of יְהֹוָה YeHoVaH.’ ”
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 4:4 TS2009

YeHoVaH your Elohim shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your midst, from your brothers. Listen to Him, according to all you asked of יְהֹוָה your Elohim in Ḥorĕḇ in the day of the assembly, saying, ‘Let me not hear again the voice of יְהֹוָה my Elohim, nor let me see this great fire any more, lest I die.’ 17 “And יְהֹוָה said to me, ‘What they have spoken is good.
18 I shall raise up for them a Prophet (see also Acts 3:22-26; Acts 7:37)
like you out of the midst of their brothers. And I shall put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. 19 And it shall be, the man who does not listen to My Words which He speaks in My Name, I require it of him.
Deḇarim (Deuteronomy) 18:15‭-‬19 TS2009

So Aaron took it as Moses said and ran into the midst of the assembly. And behold, the plague had already begun among the people. And he put on the incense and made atonement for the people. And he stood between the dead and the living, and the plague was stopped.
Numbers 16:47-48

Death is the source of all uncleanness, and it is vital that God's people maintain a separation from death whenever possible. It is not to be glorified, celebrated, or wallowed in. We are to make a distinction between the clean and the unclean, between the living and the dead.

For God has not called us for uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.
1 Thessalonians 4:7-8

I completely agree. My daughter has instructions for my remains that do not include coffins, pillars or funeral. For dust we are and to dust we shall return. I dont believe in embalming or cremation. You bury the dead as soon as possible without mutilating the body with an autopsy or organ transplants. Long fancy parades of mourners are an ego trip for the dead before they die. Thhey take comfort in thinking they will be missed by all. I had a brush with death last week. In an instant, Yah can call anyone of us home, or condemn us to the second death. We should not make prideful plans for our departure from this world.
