The giving that God wants from us is more complex than a simple tenth donated to charity. Firstfruits, dough, feasts, poor, Temple, etc. Give to the weak, poor, widows, and fatherless before giving to your church. Tithes are not club dues. Most importantly, God wants you to give *yourself* to him.
