"Others have taught us about the Word of YHVH. You have shown us His Heart."
-- Pastor Muwanika Daniel, Kampala, Uganda.
This was the response of my host when I taught a group of Messianic Ugandan pastors about "A Home After YHVH's Own Heart," in 2019. It was very impactful, helping them move away from the Ugandan cultural model to a Biblical model of marriage, family and parenting. We are changing Uganda one heart at a time as we see the Holy Spirit change lives, marriages and families.
We plan to repeat this conference this May 2-5, on a larger scale, at Beth Yeshua Messianic Congregation in Iganga, Uganda. We have room for about 100 attendees (mostly pastors/leaders and spouse) at the four-day conference. The cost will be about $50/person. This includes sleeping arrangements, food, a Bible and study booklet, plus help with transportation. We already have 40 people coming just from our six village ministries! We are looking for brothers and sisters in Messiah to sponsor a pastor ($50/each) and their spouse ($100/couple). There are over three dozen Messianic congregations in Uganda, and growing! In a country where $5/day is a good salary, this conference is beyond the reach of many, but they are so hungry to come and learn.
Will you help to make this time of renewal, teaching, encouragement and refreshing a reality for the Messianic Body in Uganda? Here's a short video description:

I'm having a great discussion with Rick And Anita Eldridge on: "DO NOT BE UNEQUALLY YOKED WITH UNBELIEVERS". Here's my brief take for what it's worth: This Yoke IS NOT about marriage... Imagine a newly wed couple that IS equally yoked - standing in their wedding attire with a yoke around them. This image is ludicrous! Is marriage not a gift great from God? Heck ...it's the best thing that ever happened to me!! Instead this yoke is about our work relationship in this world. Don't be yoked to it! Their standards are not your standards, as a child of God. How can you be mixing what you do (Your Spirit) with theirs? Which is also something Peter Rambo has also been pointing out. So let's take an example of being unequally YOKED: A child of God signs a 1-Year contract to work for Acme corporation. The problem is that the company WILL have standards that do not match yours; they are in it for a profit. They are shaving corners and using UNJUST WEIGHTS Rhy Bezuidenhout. For example, they are selling food products that do not meet your dietary rules given to us in the Torah by Yah. etc... etc... and etc... So where does this leave us as people of a spiritual kingdom? In a difficult situation in this world! How do you support yourself!??? The answer: DO NOT yoke yourself to it (the world's way)! DO NOT SIGN that work contract! As Jesus' new commandment applies to us today -simply let your yes be yes and your no-no. [Don't bind yourself.] God's people are called out from this world to be a separate and a holy example to this world. Btw. this as far as evangelism should go. Jews never evangelize, either We are to be seen as a nation on a hill... When people see the love we have for one another they will know that it's of God! Finally, many of us are 'stuck' in this world under bondage; stuck in these worldly type jobs. We need to form entirely separate "communities" that are self supporting and have jobs to bring them to. If and when the present world's way of life crumbles (there is every indication that that is what is happening today) we shall be safe and secure and standing on our own (there is no security among the wicked). All said... strive to be separate, strive to create "communities" providing work and a place to bring God's people out. At least send your children into professions where they can be independent at this time...
Shalom to the sheep of the house of Yisra’ĕl and the house of Yehuḏah, in in the diaspora. Have a blessed first day of the week and also a blessed rest of the week .
Matthew 15
24And He answering, said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Yisra’ĕl.
Ephesians 2
12that at that time you were without Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Yisra’ĕl and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no expectation and without Elohim in the world.
13But now in Messiah יהושע you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.
Jeremiah 16
19 O יהוה, my strength and my stronghold and my refuge, in the day of distress the gentiles shall come to You from the ends of the earth and say, “Our fathers have inherited only falsehood, futility, and there is no value in them.
