Sometimes you just have to read the Bible with some theatrical attitude. These people weren’t some flatlined, no personality, duds. These writers had some spunk and attitude! “Oh snap, Paul said whaaaht!? He ain’t no fool! Go ahead and try to call him one!” Hahaha (2nd Corinthians ch 11-13)
But in all seriousness, when you can put a pulse on the emotional attitude of their writings they take on a whole life of meaning you can’t get when you read the Bible like a text book.

The Pharisees were like Social Justice Warriors, whitewashing their inner filth with an appearance of compassion and justice. Expecting a few good deeds to save you through "karma" is like depositing money at a bank where you don't even have an account. I'm sure someone will benefit, but it won't be you.
I just got a new #recurvebow the other day so that I can hunt if this trend of not finding #ammunition keeps up. It's a pretty slick #bow, but I need lots of practice.
