...always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
2 Corinthians 4:10

If our lives are focused inward, on what we can accomplish for ourselves, we will never achieve the best life that God intends for us. It is only when we forget ourselves, focusing on the needs of the Kingdom for the sake of the King, that we become truly great.

From my dear Dutch friends, Pieter and Wiljo, in Moldova helping rescue Jews from Ukraine.

''Pieter and I feel enormously blessed to be here, to get our hands dirty. We have long days and short nights, but we are happy to pay for it. We maintain this because we know and experience that ABBA is very near, that he guides us and protects. But we are also carried by your support, prayer and compassion.

Yesterday evening Fulp sent me another encouraging message.
It has been 70 weeks since we began proclaiming from a list of over 90 scriptures that speak of the return of the sons and daughters of God to God's holy land.
Every two weeks we cry out together to God.” Father, bring Your children back from all the lands where You have scattered them.
70 weeks ago we started proclaiming and now we see them returning en masse. We may even take part in it and help them physically with this return.

I am certainly not claiming that what is happening here now is just because of our effort. Absolutely not.
Many, many people pray for this daily, several times a day even. Prayer groups for aliyah have been around for years and faithfully meet every week.
But I think it's special that after those 70 weeks of proclamation, a stream of people returning to eretz Yisrael has started.

This Sunday we would like to give you all the opportunity to experience a Zoom proclamation evening. Pieter and I are going to try to be there from Moldova.

Just as we see the promises fulfilled before our eyes, we need to step it up a notch and even more intensely and with more people crying out from the heart, Father get Your children back, don't let one be left behind.''

Did you ever consider that human beings are simultaneously the oppressed and the oppressors, the beloved and the reprobate, the Creator's handiwork and the Adversary's tools? This paradox of our existence has inserted a tension in the universe that our Creator is resolving through a massive role reversal story called redemption.

Anne writes, "This new planning set is honestly one of the best downloads I've seen in a long time. First, it's HUGE. Several hundred pages of planners, all specifically for March and Passover season. My brain is swimming with all the possibilities. Second, it's PRETTY. I like pretty a lot! ? Third, it comes with bonuses, and those were actually some of my favorite pages. Torah Sisters Magazine really thought of a lot of features that would strengthen my walk with Yah, beyond planning out my home and life. She includes pages for 4 different common Torah calendars. Our family does the sighted moon, and I appreciated having pages for that, because that's hard to find. Thank you, Amy! Great job! Oh, and P.S. $5 is so affordable. I am guessing that's only available for a short time, because the website says the regular price is $10. Go get it while you can at that price...."

People believed that Moses couldn't possibly have written the Torah since the Israelites didn't have a written language that long ago, until archaeology proved that they did.

People believed that the Biblical Hittites were mythological until archaeology proved the existence of a thousand year Hittite Empire larger than most American states.

People believed that the Babylonian Captivity was a Jewish fable until archaeology proved that it actually happened.

People believed that king lists of Israel and Judah were mostly mythical until archaeology proved that that they were real kings.

People believed that Hezekiah's Tunnel and the Pool of Siloam never existed until archaeology proved that they did.

Some people, still looking for any excuse to dismiss the Bible as myth, believe that Queen Esther never existed. I'll just wait for archaeology to prove that one true, too.

Happy #Purim!
