According to Matthew 4:23-25, Yeshua began his ministry in the Galilee, teaching and healing in the towns where he grew up. Although people from Galilee, Judea, and the Decapolis all followed him, it was only in Syria that his fame spread in those early days. Why Syria? The answer lies in the geography, politics, and culture of the region, but especially in human nature.

With religion we learn self control, not surrender. We learn to change the outward, but we don't become a new creation.
We mistake some of the changes in our lives as fruits of the Spirit, but even the unbelievers can change their lives in this way.
Have we ever really experienced these words of Yeshua, "Whoever puts his trust in me, as the Scripture says, rivers of living water will flow from his inmost being!" (John 7:38 CJB )?
I pray I will be changed, not by my own efforts (because that change never sticks), but because He lives in me and I surrender my will to Him.
Shalom everyone,

Shalom Shalom family ?
I am sure everyone is tired of vaccination news all over the world.
I know that everyone looks forward to a day that this plague pass away for ever.
This has caused already so much hatered and division in the world. It separated families, friends and created enemies amongst people.
We are more than conquerors. We will overcome this when we can stand together and for one another.
Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of YHVH.
Many people took the vaccination ot of fear, many thought it was the right thing to do. Many felt confused, lost and in the end everyone just pray that this will end.
Make peace your brethren and let no evil spirit draw you away from the love for another.
Romans 8:31-39
What, then, shall we say in response to these things?
If YHVH is for us, who can be against us?
He who did not spare His own Son, but gave him up for us all how will he not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?
Who will bring any charge against those whom YHVH has chosen?
It is YHVH who justifies.
Who then is the one who condemns?
No one.
Yeshua HaMashiac who died more than that, who was raised to life is at the right hand of YHVH and is also interceding for us.
Who shall separate us from the love of Yeshua?
Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
*****No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.*****
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of YHVH that is in Yeshua HaMashiach our Saviour.
*****
The mission for us is to free ourself from mental slavery.
Roman's 13:8
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the commandments
Hebrews 12:14
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see YHVH.
Living Daily by the Grace of YHVH.

Be blessed and stay blessed ?
Two Hebrew idioms are found in Matthew 6:22-23
"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness."
The words Yeshua used are good eye and evil eye. He was repeating idioms that are found in the Hebrew Scriptures. The first idiom is found in Proverbs 22:9.
"He that has a good eye shall be blessed; for he gives his bread to the poor."
This verse is written in a type of Hebrew prose called parallelism, which helps us easily discover the meaning of the idiom. The idiom appears in the first part of the parallelism and the second part defines it.
Good eye = gives his bread to the poor. Therefore, a person with a “good eye” is “a generous person that helps the poor.”
The second idiom “evil eye” is found in Deuteronomy 15:7-9
"If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which Yehovah your Elohim is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, ‘The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand,’ and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cries out to Yehovah against you, and it become sin among you.”
This verse is also written in parallelism. In this case, the meaning of the idiom appears before and after it.
Hardens heart or shuts hand from poor brother = evil eye = gives him nothing.
A person with an evil eye is “a stingy person with a harden heart or closed hand that does not help the poor.” Also, note that this is a sin.
Understanding the idiom helps us to think like Yeshua.
"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore you are a generous person that helps the poor, your whole body will be full of light. But if you are a stingy person with a harden heart or closed hand that does not help the poor, your whole body will be full of darkness."
Yeshua was teaching about how people respond to the needs of the poor they encounter in their normal course of life using what he knew from Torah.
