Proverbs 2; 6—8, “For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk with integrity, to guard the paths of justice and protect the way of His saints.” The rules of logic dictate that if something is true, the opposite must also be true. When we trust the sacred word of our Creator we benefit by gaining wisdom and protection but when we trust our own way or the words of people we lose those benefits. Who will you choose to trust? Remember the proof of who you trust is revealed in the things you do.

Let YHVH control your mind today. The mind is the most restless, unruly part of humankind. Long after you have learned the discipline of holding your tongue, your thoughts will defy your will and set themselves up against YHVH. Man is the pinnacle of YHVH’s Creation, and the human mind is wondrously complex. YHVH risk all by granting you freedom to think for yourself. This is godlike privilege, forever setting you apart from animals and robots. YHVH made you in His Image, precariously close to deity. Though Yeshua’s Blood has fully redeemed you, your mind is the last bastion of rebellion. Open yourself to His Radiant Presence, letting His Light permeate your thinking. When YHVH’s Spirit is controlling your mind, you are then filled with life and peace.
