What would you do? What do you think? If you came to me for medical help/advice, and I tell you I'm not a doctor, but I will do my best, and if I tell you there could be side effects (even possible death) and I might even be wrong, but I'll do my best, and you still want me to help you... and then the worst happens.... my advice or treatment does result in death, would you think the torah says I'm guilty of manslaughter and must be punished? Would you hold me personally liable and expect me to give you lots of money? . I'm curious what people think of this situation. Would your answers be the same if it was a natural practitioner in the same situation instead of me, a nurse? (FYI, this did NOT happen. Just fictional.)

Personally accountability…you informed them you are NOT a doctor but they still take the advice good or bad. Or as I said to my son growing up
“You can do anything you want as long as you are willing to accept the consequences for said actions…good and bad…you clean your room you make mom happy, you rob a bank, be prepared for jail.

Great question! I think the treatment given is an important variable. Did you know you could cause harm? If so, that's on you. Also on them for taking the risk and trusting you, not taking it to the Lord first. We are personally responsible for our own decisions and the known intentions of such.

If you inform them you're not a doc and tell them you don't know and they make the choice to either do or not do something that resulted in their death, then you're not accountable. It is by their action and choice. That would be manslaughter because killing them was never your intention. However, if you know defintely what the result would be for them to either do or not do it which would result in their life being terminated, and you co-erced them, and it resulted in their death, I would say you knowingly gave them information and/or treatment to achieve that goal, then that would be murder.

I could say I started with my parents back in 1965. I was about 6-7 yrs old with WCG. It's been a learning process since then.
