Just imagine what kind of world this would be if everyone were concerned only about the things going on in their own little world instead of considering, reaching out, helping others around them! Oh, Wait! Isn't this happening more than we bother to realize because we're so wrapped up in our own interests?

We Are our Brother's Keeper!! The Scriptures tell us this in James 4:17..."Therefore whoever knows the right thing to do and does not do it – for him it is sin." We cannot ignore those around us simply because it may be an "inconvenience" or we're too "busy" with our own self to pause for a moment and help another person. If you see something, if someone talks to you about something, if you're aware of a situation where you could help someone else and you don't...you turn your back...you tell yourself that someone else will take care of it and you go about your life without lending a hand – this Is A Sin and will not be forgotten by Yahweh. You will have to account for your lack of action on the Great Day of Judgement!
