My oldest just recently became a teen. It got me thinking: we call God our Father, as our Father He tells us to do things, yet we have a large group of people that rebel against those things. They say they are not for us or they are done away with or that was a different covenant or many other reasons. Most use Paul to defend those claims. Much like a stereotypical teenager not wanting to do what their parents tell them to do.
