God Can

When you feel unlovable, unworthy and unclean,
When you think that no one can heal you,
Remember, Friend,
God Can.

When you think that you are unforgivable
For your guilt and your shame
Remember, Friend,
God Can.

When you think that all is hidden
And no one can see within
Remember, Friend,
God Can.

And when you have reached the bottom
And you think that no one can hear
Remember my dear Friend
God Can.

The real person deep inside of you

Praying Psalm 25

O Lord, my life belongs to You. I trust in You, my God! Do not let me be disgraced or let my enemies rejoice in my defeat. No one who trusts in You will ever be disgraced, but disgrace comes to those who try to deceive others. Show me the right path, Lord; point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by Your truth and teach me, for You are God Most High Who saves me. All day and everyday I put my hope in You. Remember Lord, Your compassion and unfailing love, which You have shown from long ages past. Do not remember the rebellious sins of my youth. Remember me in the light of Your unfailing love, for You are merciful, Lord. Lord You are good and do what is right; You show the proper path to me when I go astray. You lead me in doing right, teaching me Your ways. You my Lord lead with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep Your Covenant and obey Your demands. For the honour of Your Name O Lord, forgive my many, many sins. Who are those who fear our Lord? You will show them the path they should choose. They will live in prosperity and their children will inherit the land. My Lord is a friend to those who fear Him. He teaches them His Covenant. My eyes are always on You Lord, for You rescue me from the traps of my enemies. Turn to me and have mercy, for I feel alone and I am in deep distress. It feels my problems go from bad to worse. Oh, save me from them all Father! Feel my daily pain and see my daily trouble. Forgive all my sins. See how many enemies I have and how viciously they hate me! I wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Protect me! Rescue my life from them! Do not let me be disgraced, for in You I take refuge. May Your integrity and honesty protect me, for I put my hope in You. O Lord my God, ransom Your children from all its troubles, amein.

Afterburn: also known in the world of fitness as the “afterburn effect”, simply put; The more intense the exercise, the more oxygen your body consumes afterward.
The same could be true as you build up your spiritual self. After an intense teaching session, you need answers as more thoughts and questions consume you in your spiritual growth.
