Father, in the Name of Yeshua, I make a fresh commitment to You to live in peace and harmony, not only with other believers in the Body of Moshiach, but also with all my family, friends, associates, neighbours and all people I meet. Father, I repent of holding onto bad feelings towards others. I bind myself to godly repentance and loose myself from bitterness, resentment, envying, strife, and unkindness in any form. Father I ask Your forgiveness for the sin of ………….... By faith I receive Your forgiveness having assurance that I am cleansed from all unrighteousness through Yeshua Moshiach. I ask You to forgive and release all who have wronged and hurt me. I also forgive and release them in Your Name. Bless each of them and deal with them in Your mercy and loving-kindness. From this moment on, I will walk in Love, to seek Peace, to live in agreement, and to conduct myself towards others in a manner that is pleasing to You. I know that I have a right standing with You and that Your ears are attentive to my prayers. It is written in Your Word, that the Love of YHVH has been poured forth into my heart by the Holy Spirit, Who is given to me as Teacher and Comforter. I believe that Love flows forth into the lives of everyone I know, that we may be filled with and abound in the Fruits of Righteousness, which bring Glory and Honour to You Adonai. I pray this in the mighty Name of Yeshua my Saviour, amein.

Shophtym (Judges) 4:4-5:31
And Deḇorah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappiḏoth, was ruling Yisra’ěl at that time.
And she was dwelling under the palm tree of Deḇorah between Ramah and Běyth Ěl in the mountains of Ephrayim. And the children of Yisra’ěl came up to her for judgment.
And she sent and called for Baraq son of Aḇino‛am from Qeḏesh in Naphtali, and said to him, “Has not YHWH Elohim of Yisra’ěl commanded, ‘Go, and you shall draw towards Mount Taḇor, and shall take with you ten thousand men of the sons of Naphtali and of the sons of Zeḇulun, and I shall draw unto you Sisera, the commander of Yaḇin’s army, with his chariots and his company at the wadi Qishon, and shall give him into your hand’?”
And Baraq said to her, “If you go with me, then I shall go; but if you do not go with me, I do not go.”
And she said, “I shall certainly go with you. Only, there shall be no esteem for you in the journey you are taking, for YHWH is going to sell Sisera into the hand of a woman.” So Deḇorah arose and went with Baraq to Qeḏesh.
And Baraq called Zeḇulun and Naphtali to Qeḏesh. And he went up – ten thousand men under his command – and Deḇorah went up with him.
And Ḥeḇer the Qěynite, of the children of Ḥoḇaḇ the father-in-law of Mosheh, had separated himself from the Qěynites and pitched his tent near the terebinth tree at Tsa‛anayim, which is beside Qeḏesh.
And they reported to Sisera that Baraq son of Aḇino‛am had gone up to Mount Taḇor.
So Sisera called all his chariots, nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people who were with him, from Ḥarosheth Haggoyim to the wadi Qishon.
And Deḇorah said to Baraq, “Rise up! For this is the day in which YHWH has given Sisera into your hand. Has not YHWH gone out before you?” And Baraq went down from Mount Taḇor with ten thousand men after him.
And YHWH destroyed Sisera and all his chariots and all his army with the edge of the sword before Baraq. And Sisera leaped from his chariot and fled away on foot.
But Baraq pursued the chariots and the army as far as Ḥarosheth Haggoyim, and all the army of Sisera fell by the edge of the sword, not one was left.
Sisera, meanwhile, had fled on foot to the tent of Ya‛ěl, the wife of Ḥeḇer the Qěynite, for there was peace between Yaḇin king of Ḥatsor and the house of Ḥeḇer the Qěynite.
And Ya‛ěl went out to meet Sisera, and said to him, “Turn aside, my master, turn aside to me, do not fear.” So he turned aside with her into the tent, and she covered him with a blanket.
And he said to her, “Please give me a little water to drink, for I am thirsty.” So she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him a drink, and covered him.
And he said to her, “Stand at the door of the tent, and it shall be if anyone comes and asks you, and says, ‘Is there a man here?’ you shall say, ‘No.’”
But Ya‛ěl, Ḥeḇer’s wife, took a tent peg and took a hammer in her hand, and went softly to him and drove the peg into the side of his head, and it went down into the ground – for he was fast asleep and exhausted – and he died.
And see, as Baraq pursued Sisera, Ya‛ěl came out to meet him, and said to him, “Come, let me show you the man whom you are seeking.” And when he went into her tent, there lay Sisera, dead with the peg in the side of his head.
And on that day Elohim humbled Yaḇin king of Kena‛an in the presence of the children of Yisra’ěl.
And the hand of the children of Yisra’ěl grew stronger and stronger against Yaḇin king of Kena‛an, until they had cut off Yaḇin king of Kena‛an.
And on that day Deḇorah and Baraq son of Aḇino‛am sang, saying, “For leaders leading in Yisra’ěl, for the people volunteering, bless YHWH!
“Hear, O kings! Give ear, O princes! I, I do sing to YHWH; I sing praise to YHWH Elohim of Yisra’ěl.
“YHWH, when You went out from Sě‛ir, when You stepped from the field of Eḏom, the earth shook and the heavens poured, the clouds also poured water.
“The mountains flowed at the presence of YHWH, this Sinai, at the presence of YHWH Elohim of Yisra’ěl.
“In the days of Shamgar, the son of Anath, in the days of Ya‛ěl, the highways were deserted, and the travellers went in crooked ways.
“Leadership ceased, it ceased in Yisra’ěl, until I, Deḇorah, arose – a mother in Yisra’ěl arose.
“They chose new mighty ones, then fighting was in the gates! Neither a shield nor spear was seen among forty thousand in Yisra’ěl.
“My heart is towards the inscribers of Yisra’ěl, the volunteers among the people. Bless YHWH!
“You who ride on white donkeys, you who sit on rich carpets, and you who walk along the way, declare it!
“By the voice of shouters, between the places of drawing water, there they recount the righteous acts of YHWH, the righteous acts of His leadership in Yisra’ěl; then the people of YHWH shall go down to the gates.
“Wake up, wake up, Deḇorah! Wake up, wake up, sing a song! Arise, Baraq, and lead your captives away, O son of Aḇino‛am!
“Then He set the remnant to rule the nobles; YHWH came down for me against the mighty ones.
“Out of Ephrayim their root is against Amalěq. After you, Binyamin, with your peoples, out of Maḵir inscribers came down, and out of Zeḇulun those who handle the scribe’s reed.
“And the heads of Yissasḵar were with Deḇorah. And as Yissasḵar, so was Baraq sent into the valley under his command. Among the divisions of Re’uḇěn there were great searchings of heart.
“Why did you remain among the sheepfolds, to hear the bleatings of the flocks? The divisions of Re’uḇěn have great searchings of heart.
“Gil‛aḏ remained beyond the Yarděn, and why did Dan remain on ships? Ashěr continued at the seashore, and remained by its landing places.
“Zeḇulun is a people who risked their lives to the point of death, Naphtali also, on the heights of the field.
“Kings came, they fought, then the kings of Kena‛an fought in Ta‛anaḵ, by the waters of Meḡiddo; they took no spoils of silver.
“From the heavens they fought; the stars from their courses fought against Sisera.
“The wadi of Qishon swept them away, that age-old wadi, the wadi of Qishon. O my being, you have trampled in strength!
“Then stamped hoofs of horses, with the galloping, galloping of his steeds.
Curse Měroz,’ said a messenger of YHWH, ‘curse, curse its inhabitants, because they did not come to the help of YHWH, to the help of YHWH among the mighty.’
“Blessed above women is Ya‛ěl, the wife of Ḥeḇer the Qěynite – above women in tents she is blessed.
“He asked for water, she gave milk; she brought out curdled milk in a bowl for nobles.
“She stretched her hand to the tent peg, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer. Then she pounded Sisera, she smashed his head, she pierced and struck through the side of his head.
“Between her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay still; between her feet he bowed, he fell; where he bowed, there he fell – destroyed.
“Through the window the mother of Sisera looked, and cried out through the lattice, ‘Why does his chariot delay to come? Why have the steps of his chariots tarried?’
“The wise ones of her princesses answered her, indeed, she answered herself, Do they not find and divide the spoil: a girl or two for each man; a spoil of dyed work for Sisera, a spoil of dyed work embroidered, dyed work richly embroidered for the necks of the looter?’
“So do all Your enemies perish, O YHWH! But let those who love Him be like the sun rising in its might!” And the land had rest forty years.

Sh’moth 17:1-16
And all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ěl set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the mouth of YHWH, and camped in Rephiḏim. And there was no water for the people to drink.
Therefore the people strove with Mosheh, and said, “Give us water to drink.” And Mosheh said to them, “Why do you strive with me? Why do you try YHWH?”
And the people thirsted there for water, and the people grumbled against Mosheh, and said, “Why did you bring us out of Mitsrayim, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?”
Then Mosheh cried out to YHWH, saying, “What am I to do with this people? Yet a little and they shall stone me!”
And YHWH said to Mosheh, “Pass over before the people, and take with you some of the elders of Yisra’ěl. And take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river, and go.
“See, I am standing before you there on the rock in Ḥorěḇ. And you shall strike the rock, and water shall come out of it, and the people shall drink.” And Mosheh did so before the eyes of the elders of Yisra’ěl.
And he called the name of the place Massah and Meriḇah, because of the ‘strife’ of the children of Yisra’ěl, and because they ‘tried’ YHWH, saying, “Is YHWH in our midst or not?”
And Amalěq came and fought with Yisra’ěl in Rephiḏim.
And Mosheh said to Yehoshua, “Choose for us men and go out, fight with Amalěq. Tomorrow I am stationing myself on the top of the hill with the rod of Elohim in my hand.”
And Yehoshua did as Mosheh said to him, to fight with Amalěq. And Mosheh, Aharon, and Ḥur went up to the top of the hill.
And it came to be, when Mosheh held up his hand, that Yisra’ěl prevailed. And when he let down his hand, Amalěq prevailed.
But Mosheh’s hands were heavy, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aharon and Ḥur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. And his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.
And Yehoshua defeated Amalěq and his people with the edge of the sword.
And YHWH said to Mosheh, “Write this for a remembrance in the book and recite it in the hearing of Yehoshua, that I shall completely blot out the remembrance of Amalěq from under the heavens.”
And Mosheh built an altar and called its name, YHWH Nissi, for he said, “Because a hand is on the throne of Yah, YHWH is to fight against Amalěq, from generation to generation.”

Tehillah 92 – Day 7 (ShabbatH)
It is excellent to give thanks to YHWH, And to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High; To declare Your mercy in the morning, And Your trustworthiness each night, On ten strings, and on the harp, To the sounding chords of the lyre.
For You have made me rejoice with Your work, O YHWH, I shout for joy at the works of Your hands.
O YHWH, how great are Your works! Your thoughts are very deep!
A senseless man does not know, And a fool does not understand this.
When the wrong spring up like grass, And all the workers of wickedness blossom, It is for them to be destroyed forever.
But You, YHWH, are on high forever.
For look, Your enemies, O YHWH, For look, Your enemies do perish; All the workers of wickedness are scattered.
But You lift up my horn like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil.
And my eye looks upon my enemies; My ears hear the evil-doers Who rise up against me.
The righteous one flourishes like a palm tree, He grows like a cedar in Leḇanon.
Those who are planted in the House of YHWH Flourish in the courts of our Elohim.
They still bear fruit in old age; They are fresh and green, To declare that YHWH is straight, My rock, and in Him is no unrighteousness.

Tu B’shevat is literally the “15th of Shevat,” the Jewish new year for trees.
The purpose of this day is for calculating the age of trees for tithing.
See Vayyiq’ra 19:23-25, which states that fruit from trees may not be eaten during the first three years; the fourth year’s fruit is for YHWH; and after that, you may eat the fruit.
‘And when you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall reckon their fruit as uncircumcised. For three years it is as uncircumcised to you, it is not eaten. And in the fourth year all its fruit is set-apart – praises to YHWH. And in the fifth year you eat its fruit, so that it increases its yield to you. I am YHWH your Elohim.
Tu B’shevat is not mentioned in the Torah. There is only one reference to it in the Mishnah, which says it is the new year for trees, and there is a dispute as to the proper date for the holiday. Beyth Shammay said that the proper day was the first of Shevat; Beyth Hillel said that the proper day was the 15th of Shevat.
There are few customs or observances related to this holiday. One custom is to eat new fruit on this day. Some people plant trees on this day. Jewish children go around collecting money for trees for Yisrael at this time of year.
YHWH loves order and decency rather than chaos and vulgarity. When He commands us to not eat of a tree, we ought not eat of that tree. Remember, there was another tree, long before the first man-child was born of a woman, and we were commanded NOT to eat from that tree.
And YHWH Elohim formed the man out of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils breath of lives. And the man became a living being.
And YHWH Elohim planted a garden in Ěden, to the east, and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground YHWH Elohim made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and excellent for food, with the tree of life in the midst of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of excellence and evil.
And a river went out of Ěden to water the garden, and from there it divided and became four heads. The name of the first is Pishon, it is the one surrounding the entire land of Chawilah, where there is gold. And the gold of that land is excellent. Bdellium is there, and the shoham stone. And the name of the second river is Gichon, it is the one surrounding the entire land of Kush. And the name of the third river is Chiddeqel, it is the one which goes toward the east of Ashshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
And YHWH Elohim took the man and put him in the garden of Ěden to work it and to guard it. And YHWH Elohim commanded the man, saying, “Eat of every tree of the garden, but do not eat of the tree of the knowledge of excellence and evil, for in the day that you eat of it you shall certainly die.”
And the nachash was more crafty than all the lives of the field which YHWH Elohim had made, and he said to the woman, “Is it true that Elohim has said, ‘Do not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
And the woman said to the nachash, “We are to eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden, but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, ‘Do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest you die.’”
And the nachash said to the woman, “You shall certainly not die. For Elohim knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be like Elohim, knowing excellent and evil.”
And the woman saw that the tree was excellent for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, and she took of its fruit and ate. And she also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made loin coverings for themselves.
And they heard the voice of YHWH Elohim walking about in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of YHWH Elohim among the trees of the garden.
And YHWH Elohim called unto Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”
And he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid myself.”
And He said, “Who made you know that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
And the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree and I ate.”
And YHWH Elohim said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”
And the woman said, “The nachash deceived me, and I ate.”
And YHWH Elohim said to the nachash, “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all livestock and more than every beast of the field. On your belly you are to go, and eat dust all the days of your life. And I put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed. He shall crush your head, and you shall crush His heel.”
To the woman He said, “I greatly increase your sorrow and your conception – bring forth children in pain. And your desire is for your husband, and he does rule over you.”
And to the man He said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘Do not eat of it’: Cursed is the ground because of you, in toil you are to eat of it all the days of your life, and the ground shall bring forth thorns and thistles for you, and you shall eat the plants of the field. By the sweat of your face you are to eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are, and to dust you return.”
And the man called his wife’s name Chawwah, because she became the mother of all living.
And YHWH Elohim made coats of skin for the man and his wife and dressed them. And YHWH Elohim said, “See, the man has become like one of Us, to know excellence and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever...” so, YHWH Elohim sent him out of the garden of Ěden to till the ground from which he was taken, and He drove the man out. And He placed keruvim at the east of the garden of Ěden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.
Since we know the results of disobeying YHWH is expulsion from a favored position in His garden, where He walked with Adam in the cool of the day, and would walk with us for fellowship, friendship, and set-apartness, He gives us the commandment again, no doubt to remind us why we struggle day-to-day just to earn a mouthful of food. May we be faithful to guard this commandment concerning eating from trees, so that we may have fellowship with Him, in the place where He put His name, and according to His Way.
