The new moons are determined by the very first crescent not half moons which are full moons. A blind person could see the full moon, but the 12 tribes had watchers who could see the very first crescent. Being on time is our job. The tools were given to us and they never left us, just because the masses chose to neglect that yet again, harder route. That's also why the 12 hour clock got used instead of the original 24 hour clock. Anything to dumb down the population. Canada's education requirements is getting anither hack in it so you can be a complete fool and still be considered "good for the job". Instead of offending a few, they're bending for all.
