This isn't about the sounds or letters of God's name. It's about his character, reputation, and the totality of WHO HE IS. You can trust God's promises. He always lives up to his rightful reputation, and he never fails. That's not to say that the sound of God's name doesn't have power. The name of God calls to mind WHO HE IS, for those who know of him, provoking faith and/or fear.
