Mother, remind your children that Spiritual maturity is not attained through learning, but by being obedient to reveal the will of Elohiym. (Prayer: Father, teach us to grow in our understanding of You, through the works of the Holy Spirit in us. Guide and teach us through Your Word and Spirit in such a way that we shall always glorify Your Name through our lives and work, amein)

Ecclesiastes 12:2, “before the light of the sun, moon, and stars is darkened, and the clouds return after the rain.” While many consider that Solomon is writing about old age, the possibility is that he is referring to nearing the end of the age we are currently in. This verse particularly reads much like Joel with the sun being dark and more interestingly we more often think about clear skies, not clouds after a rain.
