I do look into conspiracies and then try to evaluate them according to Scripture.

So my mum asked me about the solar eclipse over America on the 8th and how she is expecting the rapture to happen at any time. Well, she has been looking for signs since the '80s and always expected it to be imminent.

But what does Scripture tell us should take place before Yeshua's return?

There are some key passages where Yeshua Himself tells us in Matt. 24, Luke 21 and Revelation. Even Paul tells the church of the Thessalonians in 2 Thes. 2:3-4:

"Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God."

Now 2 Thessalonians is estimated to be written about 20 years before Matthew was penned, so Paul must have gotten this teaching from the Tanakh/Old Testament.

So can 8 April be a judgement over America if they don't repent?

I do believe so, but Father doesn't have to give a sign before judging a nation. None of the Canaanites were given a sign, and yet they were judged.

Should we be caught out as a home owner by a thief in the night? No.

So please test everything you see that is being popularized as the next big sign of the imminent rapture. Compare it to Scripture and if it doesn't hold water then reject the teaching.

For that matter, if a person is saying that Father told him so and it doesn't come true then reject that Prophet as they are false.

I also was interested in signs since the 70's until I learned to be ready every day with or without the rapture idea. Yeshua's coming can be at any moment due to a heart attack, accident, crime, war, natural disaster etc. So, for me, by keep looking for signs and prophesies, it keeps my mind focused on Yeshua and "excited" to be with Him. Every morning becomes a worship morning -- "maybe today is the day" plus with that mindset, I focus on Him and not problems, media lies, war or even what the future holds. I know, my house, my future, my will is all covered by His Loving Protective hands.

Yes, Father did not give a sign to the Canaanites, but He is always a Gentleman by giving them warnings.

Most of the blessings in life aren't big ones - they are so small that they are easily to miss. Joy doesn't usually come blazing in all at once - it shows up little at a time. Take time today to thank YHVH for the small blessings in your life.

You have to consider the mindset of these people from the nations. As you tell them the truth about YHWH’s prophets, they will soon be making statues of them. And you may say to them, “It’s good that you want to honour their remembrance, but don’t you think that someone might bow down to these statues? And that would be idolatry and disqualify you from the Body of Yeshua!” And all they will hear is, “It’s good that you want to honour their remembrance…[blah, blah, yada, yada, Jew stuff…]”

And when you are dead and safely out of their way, they will bow down to these statues and pray to them, and they will claim to be the heirs of YOUR FAITH. They will say that you were their brothers teaching them to do all that they come to do: a ‘new religion’ that neither you nor your fathers knew.

“But how do we stop this from happening?”

You can’t. You should warn them that “this is the love of YHWH: that we be keeping His commands” and that by this faith we “establish the Torah” and that “The Law of YHWH is being written on our hearts” and that “by nature we effectuate the righteousnesses of Torah”, and you should remind them to “think not that Anointed Yeshua came to destroy the Law and the Prophets”, and you should warn to “flee from idolatry”, and that they “cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons”.

“We have done all these things. Night and day we have not ceased to warn them with tears from doing these things.”

Good. You have done well. But even still, as soon as you die, they will turn after their own desires and set you up as idols (and some of them are already doing so in their hearts, content to follow you and each other instead of learning YHWH’s commands and doing them) because though they have Moshe and the Prophets, they refuse to hear and believe them. So they will not possess the true faith even though someone proclaiming it rose from the dead.

Hmmm, can we truly teach “The Law of YHWH is written on our hearts”?

I believe that our conscience does guide us on the road of morality, but not 100% in Father's law.

For instance, if we look at toddlers that play together then there is no understanding of ownership which is a foundation of the law. If the law was written on our hearts then we would know that taking something that doesn’t belong to us is theft even as toddlers. I believe this is a conviction that the Spirit brings to us when we are saved.

Also, the law written on our hearts is the promise of the Second Covenant (as one person would not have to teach another the law) so it can’t be happening already.

Romans 7 "What I would not, that I do" speaks of Paulu/Sha'ul when he was against Yeshu`: his sought to establish righteousness whilst rebelling against the Gospel, and YHWH handed him over to sin to show him that he was not walking in Truth. Therefore he appeals ot his own people, Israel, who likewise are typically rejecting of the Gospel: ~"if this is you, you must admit that you are in sin, mastered by sin, and not yet experiencing the victory that is in Yeshu`... Why? Because you are not in Yeshu`: you have an alternative religion instead of heaing YHWH's Word and obeying."
