All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
Matthew 11:27
It is impossible to truly know the Father if you reject the Son, because he is the truest representative and revealer of the Father. If you refuse to believe the words of #yeshua, you trade truth for lies and condemn yourself to a crippled (or non-existent) relationship with the Father. Fortunately, the Son's invitation to learn from him is open to all who are truly willing to set aside their egos and dogmas.
In Matthew 2:15, Matthew quotes #hosea 11:1, "out of Egypt I called my son." The original text was a prophecy about the people of Israel, but he attributes it to Jesus, aka Yeshua. Once you understand the nature of Biblical prophecy, you can see why Matthew's application of Hosea was legitimate and perfectly aligned with how prophecy works throughout the Old Testament.

The magi would never have known where to look for the Messiah if not for the priests and scribes whom Herod consulted. The Magi were able to identify the correct region by looking at the stars, but they didn't know the precise location of the king's birth, nor did they necessarily know anything about the identity or nature of the king they were looking for, other than that he was the King of the Jews and of great significance.
Observation of nature brought them to Judea, but the Scriptures (through the priests and scribes) pointed them to Bethlehem, and divine intervention told them that this king was a threat to the prevailing political powers of the time.

Luscious Oreo Cheesecake is all that you would imagine it to be, rich and creamy, with chunks of non-GMO chocolate Oreo type cookies, a Oreo crumb crust, and a chocolate ganache topping. There's no water bath involved, and no worries because even if a crack forms, the ganache topping fills it in, leaving amazing chocolate crevices in this creamy cheesecake.

When reading the Bible in any language other than original the most important question is this, “Is the translation accurate?” Isaiah 9:6, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Christians consider this messianic verse but the problem is the original reads as if this had already happened a child was born and his name given by Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace and it refers to king Hezekiah. Our Creator often offers us shadow pictures to tell us what to look for in the future with events that are currently happening.

Isaiah 58:6-11 NKJV — “Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry,
And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out;
When you see the naked, that you cover him,
And not hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light shall break forth like the morning,
Your healing shall spring forth speedily,
And your righteousness shall go before you;
The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer;
You shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’
“If you take away the yoke from your midst,
The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, If you extend your soul to the hungry
And satisfy the afflicted soul,
Then your light shall dawn in the darkness,
And your darkness shall be as the noonday. The LORD will guide you continually,
And satisfy your soul in drought,
And strengthen your bones;
You shall be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
