17 Yithro – Day 3
Sh’moth 18:24-27
And Mosheh listened to the voice of his father-in-law and did all that he said.
And Mosheh chose able men out of all Yisra’ěl, and made them heads over the people: rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
And they rightly ruled the people at all times – the hard matters they brought to Mosheh, but they rightly ruled every small matter themselves.
And Mosheh sent off his father-in-law, and he went away to his own land.

Tehillah 82 – Day 3 (Yom Shlishy)
Elohim stands in the congregation of Ěl; He judges in the midst of the elohim.
How long would you judge perversely, And show partiality to the wrong? Selah.
Give judgment to the poor and fatherless, Do right to the afflicted and needy.
Rescue the poor and needy; Deliver them from the hand of the wrong.
They do not know, nor do they understand, They walk about in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.
I, I said, “You are elohim, And all of you are sons of the Most High.
“But as men you die, And fall as one of the heads.”
Arise, O Elohim, judge the earth, For You shall possess all the nations.
The trials of life can sometimes seem unbearable. Relax. Peace can only be found in surrender.

#sabbath was created *for* man, not *by* man, and man can't change the weekly Sabbath any more than a car can change it's own fuel type.
The Sabbath is the seventh day of the week, what we commonly call Saturday, not Sunday. The week has been a continuous, unbroken cycle of seven-day weeks since #yeshua walked the earth. Since we know he did it right, we can also be confident that this cycle goes all the way back to Creation.

Exodus 20:10
What does it mean to have a #sabbath to YHWH? Is it for his benefit? Is it a Sabbath from his perspective? No, it's a Sabbath in his honor. If you want to honor God, keep the Sabbath on the seventh day as he instructed. What God has made holy, let no man defile.
