Prayer -- Day 22

Forgive

“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven”. (Matthew 5:44-45)

Make a list of all the people who have hurt and mistreated you or whom you do not like. Then pray for each by name and sincerely practice forgiving each one. Ask our Adonai to bless them. Tell our Adonai that you want to mean this. Speak kindly about these persons to others. Go out of your way to help them. This will in time, break down many barriers, but even if it doesn’t, the healing and forgiving effect upon you will be amazing.
