Definition of righteousness.

Your letter makes me just realize why Yeshua said "there is no one good except Father". It is Him shining out of us that others see and not our own "good".

May Father carry you even further so that you can bless others.

Amein. How often do we reject a commandment because we don't understand it or don't agree that it is still relevant. That is idolatry as we place ourselves and our rejection on a pedestal.

We are all at different learning levels, but the first step should be to keep a commandment until we understand it rather than first rejecting it until we understand it. We might never get to a point of understanding, but will at least be obedient while learning.

Also, not breaking a commandment does not mean that you have to implement that law in your life, it just means that if it is relevant to you then you don't break that law or teach others to break it.

I know that can be confusing, but there are laws for kings, priests, Levites, men, women, children, etc. Yeshua perfectly kept the law even though He didn't have to keep all of the law as He wasn't married, or a woman, etc.

My daughter finally found a bass guitar she liked AND we could afford (and its like new, barely played with plastic protector films on it still)! We're both excited. shes taught herself guitar & bass over the past 18 months. I think shes doing great! One more thing to stimulate that overactive brain of hers. Yah is wonderful to us in every way!

Here is a list of Apostolic passages that I think pair well with parsha #vayechi ("And he lived", Genesis 47:28-50:26), plus links to related videos and commentary:

Happy first day of the week, everyone! I hope we all have the strength and courage to stand up for YHWH's plan and will for our lives. It may hurt a little to be "left out" of family gatherings, but it would hurt a lot more to be left out of the Kingdom for practicing pagan rituals. Be strong! Shalom.
