Thought for Today: Monday October 03:

May your prayers be filled with power today. May your words be full of grace and truth. May your Elohiym inspired dreams surprise and inspire you. May your kindness and generosity change the world. Be blessed today in all you do.

In Deuteronomy 32:1, Moses invoked two witnesses who would outlive everyone present: heaven and earth. Heaven and earth are active participants in the divine order. They are God's witnesses and often the first to throw stones when it's time to execute judgment. See also Deuteronomy 30:19, Psalm 19:1, Jeremiah 33:25, and Luke 19:37-40.

Where else do we see two witnesses who defy death and are linked to heaven and earth? Revelation 11

As you're working through the current Bible Reading Plan for 2021-22 (Hebrew year 5782), you've probably noticed that the last reading is rapidly approaching. Don't worry! The new plan is now in final review and will be published on Thursday, October 6, immediately after Yom Kippur.

Thanks to everyone who has provided encouraging comments about how our annual read-through-the-Bible plan has blessed you. This will be the 8th year of publication, and the second year it’s bee published in partnership with B’ney Yosef North America!

Moses and God gave Joshua subtly different instructions in Deuteronomy 31. The difference between them reveals something profound about the role of Messiah in the redemption of Israel.

#army and #navy have a very fun drum battle! The funny thing about this video is that I think I would have been able to guess which drumming was the Navy and which was the Army. Very different style for each group.

I was able to guess or rather knew who was who before it even started. First off, one of my coworkers used to be in the army and uses a salute like the one heard in the movie Spartans. I saw the Spartan head and helmet on the drums and figured they were army. Then I saw the uniform on the Navy including some of the insignia. They were the easiest to tell apart.
