People typically don’t engage in normal conversation on the topic of ‘evil’, although maybe a glancing discussion when they see something in a news headline or a movie/TV show that portrays something as they perceive as evil. But, do you know how much ‘evil’ is written about in your Bible? Do you know what the true, scriptural definition of ‘evil’ is? How does this knowledge affect your walk of faith.
Rabbi Steve Berkson is one of the small few that would take on the challenge of teaching from scripture about the topic of ‘evil’. Our Heavenly Father and great I Am. We rise up and stretch our hands to heavens, raising our Praises with overflowing hearts giving thanks for a new day. Each day is a gift and we celebrate it joyfully with gladness. Thank for Your Amazing love, Mercy and Grace being Holy so we can be worthy of Your Royal Kingdom presence. Please bless our home and protect our going out and return. Please bless all our good intentions, activities in our labour so that they may produce amazing results. Please bless our work place and help us to bring our share to help it progress and let it thrive for all the good purpose. As we press forward this day, please keep us in Spirit of righteousness and steadfastness. Help us to remain in faith, trust and obedience not to deviate from Your plans and purpose for our salvation. Thought for Today: Friday July 08{
Bask in the luxury of being fully understood and unconditionally loved. Dare to see yourself as YHVH sees you; radiant in His Righteousness, cleansed by the Blood of Yeshua. Remember, He view you as the one He Created you to be, the one you will be in actuality when His Kingdom becomes your home. It is Elohim’s Life within you that is changing you from glory to glory. Rejoice in this mysterious miracle! Thank YHVH continually for the amazing gift of His Spirit within you. Try always to depend on the help of the Spirit as you go through today. Pause briefly from time to time to consult with the Holy One inside you. He will not force you to do His bidding but He will guide you as you give Him your life. Walk along this wonderous way of collaboration with His Spirit.
Those of us who observe the Torah already know that when we follow Yah's Laws/Commandments, we are abundantly blessed! But do we consider just how beneficial His laws are for our enjoyment and overall wellness?
Between the books:

I've learned 3 Principles for Biblical Health/Nutrition:
✨1️⃣✨
Eat Only Substances God Created For Food. [Avoid What Is Not Designed For Food.]
➡️ Eat of every green plant yielding seed, and every tree with fruit yielding seed. [Genesis 1:29-30]
➡️ Eat plants of the field (which were labored for): think fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, grain, etc. that can be grown in a field or on a farm. [Genesis 3]
➡️ Eat clean meats and avoid unclean meats [Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14]
✨2️⃣✨
As Much As Possible, Eat Food As They Were Created, With Very Little Alteration.
➡️ Eat vegetables raw, steamed, or lightly cooked.
➡️ Eat bread that you made yourself by self-milling the flour from whole-wheat berries (or choose bread that says "stone ground" on the label).
➡️ Consume raw, unpasteurized milk/cheese/butter
➡️ Eat fresh fruit instead of fruit-flavored processed foods, etc...
✨3️⃣ ✨
Avoid Addictions: Don't Let Any Food or Drink Become Your God.
➡️ Foods like chocolate, sugar, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, possibly even salt, can have addictive qualities. Even good foods can become an addiction.
➡️ When food consumes our thoughts and actions, the best way to gain control is to fast. Fasting is a very effective way of freeing ourselves from a preoccupation with our physical wants and desires so that we can concentrate on our relationship with God.

Consider cutting back on man-altered, processed foods and begin replacing them with the foods YHVH created us to eat in the FORM He created us to eat them. By doing so, your body will not only start to function better, but it will begin to HEAL itself!
If you're dealing with ANY health issues: chronic disease, gut issues, fatigue/low energy, brain fog, etc., etc., etc...review your diet. What are you eating?!
Are you inhaling a bunch of fast, cheap, and processed foods?! Or are you eating healthy, organic, and fresh whole foods as Yah provided for our enjoyment and benefit?!
Let us make the healing decision to eat less from a box, and more from the Earth!
