Superstitions are much like tradition, they may or may not originate from something that actually happened. Friday the 13th, has become known as a day of bad luck but the reality is it is just like any other day. When we release an unholy spirit onto a day, we give as much credibility to the unholy as when we speak life through a spirit of our Creator. The day is only a day until we speak life or death into it, the day can really be what we make it. Take some advise from David’s Psalm 118;24, “This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad today!”

Thought for Today: Friday May 13:

As you get ready for this day, may you hand YHVH your worries and grab hold of His Peace and Perspective. May you lay down your judgements and hold close His fresh mercies. As you go through this day, remember that you are not under your circumstance, you are under the protection of His Hand. Take hold of what you possess in Him and enjoy the day in His Presence.

There is devil defeating power in the Torah (Mat. 4:1-11) and it is your wisdom and understanding (Deut. 4:5-6). So if you abolish the Torah what do you have?
