Children and parents negotiate their relationships and boundaries, business partners negotiate contracts, social organizations negotiate bylaws, and nations negotiate treaties. It's really a matter of reaching agreement about what each party contributes and what each will receive. We know by experience the problems that arise when one or both parties fail to live up to their obligations, but what happens if one of those parties is our Creator?

At present, we have to rent 4WD vehicles to get to most of our villages where we minister in Uganda. Our goal is to eventually purchase the vehicle, but for now the rental is our main monthly expense. We have an opportunity to lock in our agreement for 4 months for $4,000. That is a savings of $1,760 compared to the regular price. The catch is, we must have the money by Tuesday July 5th to take advantage of this discount. After that the offer is rescinded and we go back to regular price. We have $2,025 so far. We need $1,975 by this Tuesday. We are praying Yahweh will provide a way for us to take advantage of this offer. With gasoline at $6.50 a gallon and rising, we would love to have that $1,760 savings to help with fuel costs.
