Thought for Today; Thursday February 24:
YHVH is the Firm Foundation on which you can dance and sing and celebrate His Presence. This is His high and holy calling for you; receive it as a precious gift. Glorifying and enjoying YHVH I a higher priority than maintaining a tidy, structured life. Give up your striving to keep everything under control – an impossible task and waste of energy. YHVH’s guidance for each of His children is unique. That is why listening to Him is so vital for your well-being. Let Him prepare you for the day that awaits you and point you in the right direction. He is with you continually, so don’t me intimidated by fear. Though it may stalk you, it cannot harm you, as long as you cling to YHVH’s Hand. Keep your eyes on Him, enjoying Peace in His Presence.
This one is sure to trigger a few brothers and sisters. Don't shoot the messenger. What does Scripture say?
Shalom.

I don't know why, but I'm having more trouble than usual with TTN with the Brave browser. I inadvertently reported one brother's comment while experimenting with the "info" button next to it and then tagged the wrong brother entirely in a different comment.
I don't really want to switch to a browser named "Cowardly"!!! :p-
Today there is so much teaching being done and so little listening! Ever wonder why it seems no one is truly listening to your teaching? Ask yourself how well you are listening to those around you. How often do you just have conversations instead of teaching. Its the difference between talking AT people vs giving someone your full attention and time! How often do you overlook faults and allow The Ruach Ha Kodesh to do what He does best, Teach and Correct, instead of doing it yourself?
Community starts with conversation but often that means we have to listen before speaking and only teach when we are asked to.
The Ruach just doesn't need our help! Instead, He chooses to use us as He pleases.
MikeL has just brought this to my attention, so till a fix has been implemented...
Please ensure that you click on the arrow next to your reply to a comment (to the right of the text box you wrote your reply in) when you add a reply to a comment in a Post and not the arrow below the Post where you would normally create a new Comment.
I hope you followed that, but it does make sense when you actually read the instruction above while looking at your reply box...
Have you ever lost a reply and wonder where it's gone? Well I don't need to tell you... it's gone!!! :__( Here's what you (we) did wrong: Instead of hitting the blue jet icon in your reply box you hit the one below; the one which replies to the original post... Don't do that! :-/
Instructions for the Sabbath and the Tabernacle are linked because they both remove God's people from the world: one in time (Sabbath) and the other in space (Tabernacle). Like the weekly Sabbath, God's Tabernacle was a place set apart from all other places. It restored us to health, happiness, and God's presence, while uniting us as a community.
The commands about the #sabbath and #tabernacle both concern the building of a house: With the Sabbath, we commemorate God building a very big house for us. With the Tabernacle, we build a very small house for God.
