Many believe that the Hebrew Name of God found in the Bible is pronounced "Yahuwah". The Cherokee called the Name of the Great Spirit "Yohewah". Coincidence? #nativeamerican

Do you believe the Bible is missing some books?

No arguments, please. I'm just trying to get a better feel for what my fellow Torah-keepers believe.

Anything that was in any ancient edition of the Septuagint should be in the Bible.

The Bible is missing a few books, like Enoch, Jubilees, and Sirach.

The Bible is fine as it is.

I marked "The Bible is fine as it is" but am definitely open to reading the books of Enoch and the like.

I did not find my option. I feel that much of the apocryphal and extra biblical books are full of mysticism. I will read Enoch one and two and feel we should be familiar with them as they were in the bible till the mid 1800's.

What's your 'Homeschool Testimony'? How long have you been at this? What's your homeschool style? Where are you in your journey?

We have been homeschooling for 8 years. We started in Delaware, spent 3 years in New York and now have been in New Jersey for a little over 4 years. We are a mix of unschool, eclectic life-learners with a touch of rigid curriculum, as I require some sort of daily educational material. Some days it's workbooks (especially to encourage writing and working with a parent), other days it's educational kindle apps and educational videos. Every day includes lots of outside time and active play! We are definitely year-round as well and I couldn't imagine 'taking the summer off', since we live learning. What in the world would we do if we weren't living?

We use Native American instruments and traditional American instruments in part to symbolize a reconciliation between two peoples that they might become one under Yahuwah. #nativeamerican #faith
