A HIGHER THRONE

There is a higher throne
Than this entire world has known
Where to faithful ones from ever tongue, will one day come

Before the Son we will stand
Made faultless through the Lamb
Our believing hearts will find the promised grace, when our Salvation comes

Hear heaven’s voices sing
Their thunderous anthem rings
Through the emerald courts and the sapphire skies, their praises will rise

There we will find our home
And live our lives before the throne
We will honour Him in perfect song that is where we belong

He will wipe each tear-stained eye
As will our thirst and hunger die
The Lamb become our Shepard King and we will reign with Him

All the glory, wisdom, power, strength, honour and thanks
To God, our King, who reigns on the high throne forever more

Daily Prayer

Blessed are You Adonai Eloheinu, for in Yeshua Mashiach, the Word made flesh, You share in our humanity. You come among us to be one with us and that we may come to You. Blessed are You Father, our King and Creator. Adonai, we welcome You into our hearts, our lives and our homes. We ask Your blessings upon Your Church as it worships You throughout this world. May it ever witness to Your presence and Your love. Guide all teachers of the Word, that they my lead all their people to You and help us all to know You and to love You. We rejoice with the angels and pray for peace on earth and goodwill among all people. We ask Your blessing on all areas where there is war, conflict and oppression. We think of those and bring them before You, who are not at peace with themselves or with others. We pray for all who are disturbed or distressed. Adonai, we welcome You into our homes and our lives that we may reflect Your peace and Your glory. We ask Your blessing upon all our loved ones, those who are near and those who are far from us. We pray for all who find life today stressful, we pray for the world’s poor and we pray for those who are deeply in debt to make a living. We pray for the homeless, those who are hungry, shelters and other relief organisations. We ask Your blessing upon all who are lonely, in old age homes, children’s homes and those who feel neglected or forgotten at this time. We pray for those who are ill or who have a disability. We ask that You touch each one of them and give them the assurance that You are with them and give them comfort. Adonai, we rejoice that You came down to earth as a human that we may share in the joys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Adonai, this world is in a bad state, come to us, save us and help us. Make the world aware that there are only One source of Love, One source of Life, One source of Grace, One source of Wisdom and Knowledge and One King everlasting and that is You, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We honour and worship You. We pray this and ask this only in the Name of our redeemer Yeshua Mashiach, amein.

Tuesday August 24: Requests that need intercession

That I will receive good - healing news of the bones report from the doctors at next visit. --- Patricia

I need prayer as i am quite stressed and depressed... I don’t work due to depression and i get SSDI but not enough to live out on my own... still live with 90 year old parents... Please pray --- Mel

Please pray for my daughter Gillian, who is having a crisis in faith and is suffering from depression. Please pray for her soul to heal and for her to find hope, peace and strength in God. --- Judy

My son needs help but he needs the right kind of help, please agree with me that God will deliver him, and he will be safe, not delusional not unhappy, not in harm's way. Please agree with me that my son will be supernaturally wise and not out of his mind, but quickened by the Spirit of God to say and do all the right things for the right reasons and turn his adversaries away in dismay, but not angry or spiteful, but with respect, also he is risking his freedom, pray that God will cover him in all his ways, through the Blood of Jesus we ask it --- Robert

Please pray for my aunty Jeanette - that God would give her amazing peace and joy, and that things will go well at her new teaching job. Please pray she will really enjoy it. Please pray that they will sell the rest home soon too and that God will deliver them from all of their troubles at the moment. Please pray for my daughter Stephanie and husband - having marital problems also 4 kids under age 10, having disciplinary issues and trying to decide on antibiotics for 5 year old with impetigo and fear of spreading to other children and baby 4 months. Praying for the chaos to STOP and give her peace in all decisions with kids and husband totally stressed and sleep deprived. I pray Gods favour and peace and angels to comfort and bring peace to household in JESUS name. --- Babsie

I was broadsided, car totalled and hurt physically and a brain injury. Please pray for healing, finances and for God to clearly show me the car he wants me to have and how to be able to afford the purchase of a car and when he wants me to go back to work after being designated as disabled by the orthopaedist.
