In years past I would give a sermon about how Halloween is evil. The sermon would include its history as a demonic holiday called Samhain among other things and how we are not to partake in evil practices from other religions. This year, I'm just going to go with the "rip the band aid off" approach. Halloween is evil and it doesn't take a Pastor to tell you that you should not be messing with the dead or evil spirits. Shalom!
So then, let us not sleep as the others do, but let us remain on the alert and sober-minded.

On returning to the Promised Land, Jacob built sukkot (Hebrew for tabernacles or booths) at a place called Sukkot. Could this be a prophecy of the Great Sukkot we will all celebrate when we are called back to the Land by Messiah #yeshua after his return?
