Chiasms aren't just in the Old Testament!
There's a #chiasm in Luke 22:1-7 in the betrayal of Yeshua by Judas:
- A - Passover is coming
--- B - Priests and scribes want to kill Yeshua
----- C - Judas filled with Satan
------- D - Judas met with the priests
----- C - Priests filled with gladness
--- B - Judas wants to betray Yeshua
- A - Passover arrived
Truth!
Like every site where fallible imperfect human beings come to dialog, there have been some rather contentious discussions here.
But there have also been some brilliant and deep discussions and there are humorous posts also.
It is my hope that newcomers will not be put off by the contentious ones and gravitate toward the better ones. We are all imperfect and working out our salvation with fear and trembling as Shaul tells us.
Read. Enjoy, Participate as you feel led by the Ruach.
Shalom shalom!
Be silent, all flesh, before YHVH, for he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.
Zechariah 2:13
What right does anyone have to question God's choice of a people for himself? His decision-making process is above your, my, and everyone else's pay grade. He didn't ask for anyone's opinion.

And YHVH will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.
Zechariah 2:12
The Jews, specifically the tribe of Judah according to this verse, will always remain a unique and separate people set apart to God much as the Levites. He withdrew his presence from Jerusalem once and then returned in the person of Yeshua. Then he withdrew again on the 40th day after his resurrection and returned yet again in Spirit on Shavuot (aka Pentecost). God loves patterns, and he repeatedly promised to return yet again to rule from Jerusalem.
