Rosh Chodesh Tov from Jerusalem!

When wickedness comes, contempt comes also, and with dishonor comes disgrace.
Proverbs 18:3 ESV

Wherever the wicked go in a righteous society, they are the objects of contempt. Everyone who sees their disgraceful behavior despises them. That doesn't mean that people don't care about them or don't try to help them.
