You wouldn’t, would you?…No one would.

…So why do so many take for themselves spiritual teachers who have just barely begun to walk in The Way?

It is an anomaly so many accept but only in religious matters.

No one trusts a mechanic that never worked on a car nor concents to a medical procedure from someone who only watched a YouTube tutorial.

We don’t have veterinarians serve as our lawyers nor book writers be bridge builders.
In every other aspect of life we go to the experts, or we become experts ourselves…or at least one who is proficient in the subject…but for some odd reason we settle for so many milksops to minister to us in spiritual matters.

This has messed up The Way in so many ways. And we must think better about our behavior here after.

If you are new to The Way, you have no right nor business teaching anyone anything.

You just woke up.

What could you possibling know yet?

Nothing.

You can only share the silly things you think you know and will later come to regret.

So wake up and shut up.

Unlearn.

Relearn.

…And then when you’ve been tested and proven that you know what’s what about the subject, then step up and teach true.

Till then you’re just in the way making tripping hazards along The Way.

In religion, anything goes. People appoint themselves and claim to be teachers. Or claim to have authority in the congregation, which in itself is against the laws of the Most High to begin with. So it's not only someone who is new that is not supposed to be teaching anything. But also anyone who has not been appointed in the proper order that the Most High established has no business teaching anything. That is in the congregation of Israel, of course. Like I said in religion, anything goes.
This is why there's nothing but syncretism, chaos and confusion, and the Messianic movement.

Why does a command against idolatry (Leviticus 26:1) follow laws about slavery and poverty? Because even the lowest slave bears the image of God and because unchecked greed leads to reliance on things rather than reliance on YHWH.
