This isn't a promise of wealth in exchange for charity. It's a general principle that being generous with the poor doesn't make a person poorer because God arranges things to at least even out the scales. Even then, your return might not be in material wealth, but in friendship and a good name.

Proverbs 16:18-19 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

I'm tired of children "surviving" their education.
I want them to freakin thrive and be empowered by it.

I was driving through a country town in the middle of hay fields. I went to the grocery store and looked at the people inside, and those walking down the road. And then it hit me.

There was a night and day difference between the parents and the children. The parents looked like the country town they grew up in, but the children... not so much.

In very short time, this very RED town will become Purple, then BLUE.

For the love of the children take them out of the government schools.
