Your children and grandchildren are the new generations and they must learn that the future of the human race depends on whether they can bring their friends and siblings more completely under the rule of the Living Moshiach and the Holy Spirit. (Prayer: Father, I pray that my children and grandchildren will start worshipping You more often, convicted by Your persuasive power. Grant that our Saviour Yeshua may be glorified in each of them. Assure them of Your Love and let them be ever watchful in prayer and in service, amein.)

Psalm 27:3, “Though an army encamps around me, my heart will not fear; though a war breaks out against me, I will keep my trust.” David doesn’t write that he will still be faithful, he chooses to write I will keep my trust. we could use the saying “don’t put all of your eggs in one basket” as an example if we change it slightly to become — put all of our eggs in one basket and give that basket to our Creator. David is willing to trust HIs Creator with everything including his kingdom, his reputation and his life.
