Blood pudding, blood sausage, blood soup... Moses and the Apostles agree that God hates it. Don't eat blood!
On the other hand, it's impossible to remove 100% of the blood from meat. No matter how hard you try, there will always be some trace of blood somewhere in the tissue. Drain the blood from the animal and then stop worrying about it. Most of the red fluid remaining in red meat is myoglobin, not blood. If a slaughtered animal was bled properly, I think salt koshering is also a waste of time and salt. But you should do as your conscience dictates. There's nothing morally wrong with trying to remove every drop of fluid if that's what you want to do.

Enoch 45
2 And at that hour ??that Son of Man was named In the presence of the Lord of Spirits,
And his name before the Head of Days.??
3 Yea, before the sun and the signs were created,
Before the stars of the heaven were made,
His name was named before the Lord of Spirits.
4 ??He shall be a staff to the righteous ??whereon to stay themselves and not fall,
And he shall be the light of the Gentiles,
And the hope of those who are troubled of heart.
1Co 1:18 For?? the preaching of the cross?? is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
1Co 1:19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
Enoch 5
1 Observe ye how the trees [Mark 8:24] cover themselves with green leaves and bear fruit (keeper of the Holy Covenant): [Isaiah 56:3 contrast] wherefore give ye heed and know with regard to all His works, and recognize how He that liveth for ever hath made them so.
Mar 8:24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.
Isa 56:3 Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

Thought for Today: Wednesday August 24:
It is an undeniable fact that usually those who have suffered most are best able to comfort others who are passing through suffering. They know what it is to suffer and they understand more than others what a suffering person is experiencing – physically, emotionally and spiritually… Our attitude toward suffering should not be: Bite on your teeth and bear it; hoping it will pass as quickly as possible. Rather, our goal should be to learn all we can from what we are called upon to endure, so that we in turn can comfort each other and edify one another. – 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
