The potentially fatal conceit of scientists on the cutting edge of practical genetics, physics, etc., lies in their crippled concept of God. They can't imagine a Creator who is smarter and infinitely more powerful than them. So they believe they can be God and manage the consequences of anything they might do.

They're wrong and they routinely throw open doors, any one of which might conceal a monster that will consume them and possibly the rest of us as well.

I've never put any stock in BI - the doctrine that says the lost tribes basically became Europeans and then migrated here to the US and those of us who come to Torah are literally Ephraim. My wife and I got our DNA ancestry tested and the results are really intriguing - we are both overwhelmingly European with strikingly similar ancestry. I'm 58% German and the rest Irish or the islands off Ireland. My wife is 62% British and the rest eastern European. The fact that we're so close in ancestry raises the eyebrow. But we have absolutely ZERO middle eastern anything in us. Zip. Zilch. So maybe we're adopted children of YHVH after all?

I agree, I think Bney Israel or however you spell it is via the Ruach, some may be bloodlines also but it is of the Ruach and HalleluYah for those who spread the Good News of Yeshua as He asked. I believe that plays in as well. Can't wait to "see the movie" lol of how it all really happened. Well this and a hundred other topics

I would love to share some of what I have found but it would take forever to share it all. I recommend two books. "When Scotland Was Jewish" and "Book of Jewish and Crypto-Jewish Surnames".

Progressive revelation is an important principle in understanding the Scriptures, but the term itself tells us that the first revelation can't be abandoned in favor of the latter without undermining the entire structure. Forgetting what was revealed at the beginning makes us blind at the end.

Genesis 8 significant point: it took 40 days and nights of rain to destroy every living thing. That means it took a long time for everyone to die. Noah was righteous when the world was worth destroying and he got tasked to build the ark. The lesson here is that at some point YHVH is going to be done with this world again. He will make that decision, and it will be over. Even though the destruction may take a long time, it will be too late to repent.

Heed the warning from His Son:
“Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. “Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin standing outside and knocking on the door, saying, ‘Lord, open up to us!’ and He then will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from.’ "(Luk 13:24-25)
