I like to eat meats. A lot. There is good reason to be preparing for more difficult times ahead, however, and this video could be a valuable tutorial for a lot of us. Pumpkin seeds are high in fat and protein, a pumpkin patch isn't usually too difficult to grow, and there are plenty of much more useful purposes for pumpkins than jack-o'-lanterns. I just want to share with you and let you know how Yah used you in this moment. I am vegan and, for health reasons, had to go gluten-free a couple months ago. I have really struggled with what I can eat now, especially being in a half vegan, mostly gluten family with one pre-diabetic family member. We have a lot of specialty diets going on here and it can sometimes be difficult to work with. I absolutely love tofu (read: LOVE) but I've recently been having some trouble digesting it, as well as other processed snacks and meal items. It's been a very big struggle just within the last week. I had no idea that tofu could be made out of anything other than soy and you posting this video is absolutely Yah-breathed! Thank you for sharing!
