Monetary amounts for redemption of persons from vows in Leviticus 27:1-8 don't necessarily imply that one person is worth more than another. They appear to be based on average capacity for labor, but there's no adjustment for position, wealth, number of children, intelligence, strength, character, etc. which all affect a person's real value--economic and otherwise--to their community. The redemption prices aren't based strictly on a person's worth, but on spiritual principles that God chose not to reveal. We can speculate, but God isn't obligated to explain himself to us.

1 John 5:2-3 ESV — By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey His commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
