Job 26;7—8, “He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth upon nothing. He wraps up the waters in His clouds, yet the clouds do not burst under their own weight.” As Job describes the power of the Creator he uses some seemingly strange language. He describes that our Creator has the ability to stretch our our universe where nothing before exists and he is the reason that the earth seems to simply be where it is. Job lived just after the flood of Noah, He may have seen the tower of Babel. Job is able to describe the physical world in which we live in such a way that answers many questions bout creation… if we are willing to listen.
