Thought for Today: Sunday October 16:
Remember, thankfulness takes the sting out of adversary. That is why YHVH has instructed us to give thanks for everything, good or bad. There is an element of mystery in this transaction: We give Him thanks, regardless of our feelings and He gives us joy, regardless of our circumstances. This is a spiritual act of obedience and at times, blind obedience! To people who do not know Elohiym intimately, it can be irrational and even impossible to thank Him for heartrending hardships. Nonetheless, those who obey Him in this way are invariably blessed. Even though tough times may remain. Thankfulness opens our hearts to His Presence and our minds to His Thoughts. We may still be in the same place, with the same set of circumstances, but it is as if a light has been switched on, enabling us to see from His perspective. It is this Light of His Presence that removes the sting from adversity.

My company has a bunch of dogs that run around the shop, they sometimes try to beg the workers to play fetch with them. These two were already in their Shabbat-Mode.
