Thought for Today: Shabbat May 14:

To worry about what might happen, makes even the smallest trouble seem huge. Nervously anticipating troubles that may never happen, can crush our spirits. Instead of borrowing trouble by constant worrying about the future, listen instead to Yeshua’s promise: [Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let it be afraid] – John 14:27. Whatever is worrying you now, today, this morning; give it to Yeshua and trust Him to take care of it. Let His Peace replace your worries.

The Old Testament is the same as the new testament!

Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of YHWH doth man live.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of YHWH.
