As a Biblical Wellness Coach, I help women of Torah suffering from ongoing health issues find hope and healing through Biblical Principles of Wellness.

Offering personalized, one-on-one support and accountability, I use a whole-being approach, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual areas in order to help the body do what God designed to do: heal itself!

Looking good is fine and there's nothing wrong with having nice stuff, but fancy clothes, buildings, and attitudes can be an impediment to relationship with God.
