1st Corinthians 6:12-13.
All things are lawful unto me but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
Meats for the belly, and the belly for the meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
Most people I know would ignore the second part of the first verse. "But I will not be brought under the power of any." This would make so many church leaders upset today, but make sense to us because we serve the living God and Him alone and keep His Torah.
There is an excellent "Color Thru the Bible" series going on right now on the HirnHomeschoolers blog.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Caring for the body and bringing it into submission to Torah are spiritual exercises with eternal consequences. Failure to care for the body, and failure to bring it into submission also have eternal consequences.
