http://www.testingtheglobe.com/pillars.html To claim that Job 26:7 is proof for the globe because it's claimed to hang on nothing...hold up...the earth does hang on something in the heliocentric model (Helios being the Greek Sun god). If you believe that the earth is a globe, then you also believe that gravity exists...be it Newton's theory that things are pulled downwards towards the center of the earth or Einstine's theory of the upward acceleration of the earth. Thus you would have to believe that the earth hangs on the suns gravity which means the earth would then hang on something and would discount this scripture as 'proof' of the globe.
