Abraham was "old and well stricken in age" (Gen 24:1 KJV), 140 years old, when he sent Eliezer to find a wife for Isaac in #genesis 24. It seems unlikely that he was still fathering children, but that is by no means certain.

As evidenced by his marriage to Keturah (described in Genesis 25:1, but could have taken place anytime before then) and at least one other woman (Genesis 25:6), and the many other children he fathered, he remained quite virile for many years after Isaac's birth. God did not give him the ability to accomplish his assignment and then immediately take the ability away again. Like the faithful servant of Matthew 25:21, through Keturah, Abraham was tangibly rewarded for his faithfulness many times over.

In fact, I wouldn't say that Abraham was "stricken" with years at all. He was blessed with them.

The link I shared yesterday should be used only for research purposes. While these documents are supposed to be copies of the originals, they are not. These documents are Hebrew copies of approximately Fourth or fifth century Greek documents and we can tell that by what is included that is even not in the older Greek manuscripts. Can these documents be helpful? Yes they can because they are able to give us some insight into the culture and how the Language would be translated back into the Hebrew from the Greek.
