In the house of the righteous there is much treasure, but trouble befalls the income of the wicked.
Proverbs 15:6 ESV
The treasures of the righteous aren't necessarily material. They more often take the form of peace with God, man, and self. The troubles of the wicked are their poverty, endless conflict with everyone, especially the Creator.
He shall be a wild donkey of a man, his hand against everyone and everyone's hand against him, and he shall dwell over against all his kinsmen.

There can never be lasting peace with Ishmael. It doesn't matter how much we want otherwise. He will never be satisfied with democracy, land, prosperity, or even the death of every Jew.

Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” The saying is “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is” and this verse addresses that. Just because something sounds good, looks good or even tastes good it can still be bad for us. Cake is sweet but can be deadly for a diabetic, someone can be pleasing to the eye and destroy a marriage. Something may sound Biblical but may be in direct conflict with the word of our Creator so be very careful when we hear things that sound pleasing, it may cost you more than you can afford.
