Pass through the midst of the camp and command the people, ‘Prepare your provisions, for within three days you are to pass over this Jordan to go in to take possession of the land that YHWH your God is giving you to possess.’
Joshua 1:11
Three days in this verse is a metaphor of resurrection into a new life. Notice that Joshua says "within 3 days". This echoes the ambiguity of Yeshua's predictions of his death and resurrection. After three days & three nights or on the third day? All three phrases mean "At least two sunsets, but less than four."

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Joshua 1:8 ESV
Every good leader should study Torah (God's Law). Success takes many forms, but it can never be "good" unless it conforms to God's instructions.

Ephesians 5:11 Neither should you fellowship with the Servants* of darkness, because they have no fruit in them, but you should rebuke them.
1 Corinthians 10: 20 But that which the pagans sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to God; but I do not want you to be partakers with demons.
21 You cannot drink the cup of Our Lord and of the cup of demons, and you cannot share in the table of Our Lord and in the table of demons.
22 Or do we make Our Lord envious? Are we stronger than he?
Deuteronomy 12:4 New Living Translation
“Do not worship the LORD your God in the way these pagan peoples worship their gods.
One of the crazy mind blowing things that I realized recently was that there was certain types of sacrifices and offerings which could be done outside of the tabernacle. "Ascending offerings and peace offerings".
Moses even gives instructions on how to build the altar in the Torah. Here's an example of Joshua building an altar even though he has a fully functional tabernacle.
“And Yehoshua built a slaughter-place to יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl in Mount Ěyḇal, as Mosheh the servant of יהוה had commanded the children of Yisra’ĕl, as it is written in the Book of the Torah of Mosheh, “a slaughter-place of unhewn stones over which no man has wielded iron.” And they offered on it ascending offerings to יהוה, and slaughtered peace offerings.”
