The fact that the Bible describes a 2nd observance of Passover is rarely, if ever, mentioned in the church. I know I didn't find out about it until I started reading the Bible for myself. What is interesting about this observance is that it was given just before the Israelites were to celebrate their second Passover, one year after leaving Egypt. In Numbers 9, some of the Israelites were unclean due to touching a dead body so they could not partake of the Passover. Moses went to God, who then said they can observe a month later. BUT, He also said that people who were traveling would utilize this date as well. We don't have a record of anyone asking for this provision, but God gave it anyway.
I mentioned in the Passover comic that the Flood during Noah's time started during the week of 2nd Passover. In 2 Chronicles 30, King Hezekiah sends invitations to all tribes of Israel to join together for 2nd Passover.
While we don't observe 2nd Passover, we have friends that do. They see the fact that we are not in the Land puts us in the "being on a journey" category. The observance is the same as 1st Passover and they include Unleavened Bread week (which we haven't covered just yet) along with it as in the Numbers 9 account it states all the regulations go along with this observance. Also, we see with the 2 Chronicles account, that they also did the week of Unleavened Bread with the 2nd Passover.

The Bible is our supreme authority.
By holding our concepts and ideas up to the Biblical standard, we acknowledge that the Bible is our supreme authority.-- Jerry Mitchell
I highly recommend you read this book! I purchased this book in 2022.
The Author draws you in to take a look at man's contradictions and read what Scripture actually states. With every chapter I read, I was asking myself, why didn't I see this before?
The Creator's Instructions are not burdensome!
I have found religion (RCC) not to be consistent with Biblical Authority. I have found language, history and context is extremely important in understanding the culture, people and Hebrew roots of my faith.
I especially enjoyed chapter 3. Ladies you will enjoy this chapter. Follow it by listening to GiveGod90 A Virtuous Woman Deserves A Righteous Man. 3 part podcast on YT or Spreaker. This is a book that I'll be buying to gift to friends. Shalom ?
