#korach was a Levite with a great calling from God, but it wasn't enough. Like Lucifer, he wanted more. His allies in rebellion were well-placed Reubenites, and their actions mirrored those of their ancestor, Reuben, who tried to usurp his father's place.

God's anointing is both blessing and burden. Don't seek it lightly.

There isn't a lot told to us about what we call "First Fruits" in Scripture. In Leviticus 23:9-14, we see the command for it. It is the first grain offering of the year. It also is used to know when to start counting for the feast of Shavuot.

Just like Shavuot, First Fruits will always fall on the first day of the week. It is specified that it is the day after the Sabbath. Some have taken this to mean any of the rest days that are given during the week of Unleavened Bread. However, those days aren't called Sabbaths Scripturally, until we get into the Gospels. The reason for that is by that time those rest days were traditionally called "High Sabbaths". So, if the only thing that was called a Sabbath during the time the command was given was the weekly Sabbath, then we know that First Fruits will always be on the first day of the week.

First Fruits is when we see Jesus/Yeshua rise from the grave. We even see Paul refer to Him as the first fruits in 1 Corinthians 15:23.

Prophetically, just like Shavuot, First Fruits is all about gathering in the harvest. Any prophecies that relate to God gathering His people could possible be during the time of First Fruits.

Our family's observance of this Feast is usually getting together with other believers and sharing a meal together.

Destroyed for Lack of Knowledge -

How the generation with the most access to information in history can be destroyed for lack of knowledge what that has to do with organic sea salt, encyclopedias, and a chance encounter with a Rabbi.

I think they made a very good case. I could see what they presented here easily being coupled with some other prophetic interpretations and timelines changed just a bit, but still fit what overall is presented. My hope is that this conclusion is correct, but I fear it is going to be further away. As bad as things are right now and even how speedily they are getting worse, it still doesn't seem to be what I picture Yeshua or the prophets describe as what would happen near His return.

I've never been impressed with the idea that "1000 years is as a day" should be interpreted literally, but the documentary makes a pretty good case for each of the days of creation representing a millennium of history. However, days don't switch immediately from one to the next. There's a gradual transition as the sun sinks below the horizon. So I think it's misguided to count a millennium as a precise 1000 year period.

It's hard to avoid the conclusion that something big is about to happen, though. This year, next year, 2030... I don't know what year, but the world is changing very quickly and mostly in a bad way, so I am becoming convinced that Yeshua's return is near.

My husband and I watched this. We thought that all of their examples of prophecy were quite thorough and, when viewed as a group, quite profound. I dont think they left out any of the important end-times prophecies....did they??? I also thought that most of the numerical things they found werent fantastical, but had a relevant interpretation. I do agree that 7 years seems too close for Messiah's return, but after reflecting on the last 3 years....maybe it's not so outlandish. Evil is no longer hiding, but revealing itself with an almost urgent purpose.
