for your fellowship in the Good News from the first day until now, being persuaded of this, that He who has begun a good work in you shall perfect it until the day of יהושע Messiah. It is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, all of you being sharers of the favour with me, both in my chains and in the defence and confirmation of the Good News. For Elohim is my witness, how I long for you all with the affection of יהושע Messiah.

Thought for Today: Thursday November 03:
If you feel that you are walking through a dark valley today, may you hear YHVH’s Promise to you: [I will give you treasures in this valley! Riches stored in secret places!] May you go through this day unafraid and full of faith that He will fill your arms with spoils from this inner-war and treasures to share with others who need what you will learn. Be strong and take heart. YHVH is near even if you cannot feel Him sometime. He is for you; He is with you, and He is making a way for you where there is no way. Do not give up. You will be richer for the battle.
But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have lifted my hand to the LORD, God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth, that I would not take a thread or a sandal strap or anything that is yours, lest you should say, ‘I have made Abram rich.’
#genesis 14:22-23 #lekhlekha
There's nothing immoral about doing business with wicked people or accepting gifts or rewards from them, but it's good to avoid anything that might put you in their debt or even that might appear to. The wicked are schemers and will likely use it against you.

And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the king's dale. And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
Genesis 14:17-18
Righteous Melchizedek, King of Salem and Priest of the Most High, apparently dined with the wicked king of Sodom for the sake of Abraham, the prophet and friend of YHWH. With whom are you willing to associate for the sake of one even greater than Abraham?
