Aaron's rod had probably been dead for many years, and well worn from use, yet God still caused it to bloom and produce ripe fruit overnight. Whatever Aaron's faults, sins, or doubts about his own abilities, God chose him to be the high priest of Israel and did it in a way that nobody else could deny.

When the true prophet Micaiah accused the charlatan Zedekiah of prophesying by a lying spirit, Zedekiah responded with the equivalent of "I'm rubber, you're glue. The lying spirit bounced off me and stuck to you!"
Communists accuse free-market advocates of greed. Atheists accuse theists of blind faith. Hollywood accuses Christians of corrupting the youth. The NAACP and the ADL accuse everyone of racism. The wicked always pretend to hold the high moral ground and accuse the righteous of their own crimes.
Is handwriting important? You betcha! Incredibly so! Though writing by hand is increasingly being eclipsed by the ease of computers, a new study finds we shouldn't be so quick to throw away the pencils and paper: handwriting helps people learn certain skills surprisingly faster and significantly better than learning the same material through typing or watching videos. All I can figure is that the Creator, who is the Word, made us in His image. :-)
